Shipping & Returns

Estimated Shipping Times

For U.S. orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days. During peak seasonal months, please allow up to 10-15 business days. We will do our absolute best to meet these shipping estimates, but will not be guaranteed.

Regarding peak times, year to year may differ (see below for particular dates). Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall delivery time for orders. 

  • Valentines Day - February 14th
  • St Patrick's Day - March 17th
  • Easter - End of March
  • Mother's Day - Around 3rd weekend of May
  • Father's Day -  Around 3rd weekend of June
  • 4th of July - July 4th
  • Back to School/College Sports - August through mid-September
  • Halloween - October 31st
  • Thanksgiving - November 25th
  • Christmas/New Years - December 25th & January 1st

Rest assured, we have partnered with an incredible print-on-demand company whose team works hard to ensure each product is crafted and carefully packaged at the highest quality.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we are shipping products to the U.S. only. We hope to expand our business internationally in the future!

Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase, free of charge. Please email us directly at support@julianzoomedin.com with your name, email, and order number to request a cancellation or change.

We take pride in art pieces of the highest quality. We do not pre-print or inventory any stock. Because of our incredible partnerships, every product is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns or swap out one art piece for another. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of an incorrect order or damage prior to the product arriving.

Product Issues

We strive for perfection and customer satisfaction, always. But imperfections may happen along the way.

If you come across an issue with your item, we want to fix it. Examples might include an incorrect product, incorrect size, missing or incorrectly placed mounting hardware, a bad graphic, or damages to your art piece within the packaging. If you experience anything wrong with your product, please email the following information to support@julianzoomedin.com so that we can work on your replacement at no cost to you:

  1. Your name and email
  2. Your order number
  3. Photo(s) of affected item
  4. The changes necessary to correct and make replacement order (ie: product name, replacement size, etc.)

U.S. customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date to request a replacement order.

Once we receive the above information, we'll work on your replacement product and have it to your door as quickly as we can!
